Oh Hiya,
I’ve not had my commissions and waitlist open for over 3 years due to my health and moving to America, but I’m dabbling back in slowly to see how my body fares and the weeks I take to complete a piece. I’ll be starting with making guitar straps, adjustable and fully tooled but I’ll be taking waitlist for a wider variety of leather goods.

PRICING
I’m currently basing my pricing on the time per tooled inch, currently it takes me about 30minutes-1hr per inch of fully tooled leather. This includes the design work, carving, tooling, dying, sewing and finishing touches. Custom means I’ll design (nealry) anything you’d like on the strap. Sharks with laser beams? I’ve got you. Peonies and Def Leppard? Rad, I can do that(I did do that).

Full design and to size. All hand carved, tooled, stamped & dyed. These straps are one piece of leather measured button hole to button hole with no adjustment strap. Price includes design time.

Custom tooled area of 27" and tooled adjustment strap. The larger size acounts for an extra 6" of tooling.

DO I GET A to-size or adjustmetn strap?
If you change your guitar strap between guitars an adjustment strap is your best bet as different guitars sit at different heights on you. A tele will sit different to your acoustic, an adjustable can account for that. If you have a guitar you’d like a specific strap for, a to-size is a great choice because it’s rare to change your strap sizing for one guitar.
How do i measure for my strap?
If you have a guitar strap already, measure from button hole to button hole- that’s it! If you dont have an existing strap, I suggest an adjustable.
What’s the process?
You’ll fill out the form, tell me if you’d like a to-size or adjustable guitar strap and what you’d like on it. I’ll have a commission list i’ll add you to, and i’ll be able to let you know how many straps I have before yours. Before I start the design work I’ll ask for a %20 deposit, once I have that I’ll get to work on your design. When I’ve finished the design and you give me the go-ahead I’ll get started! I’ll also ask if you’re okay with me sharing process photos online so I dont spoil any surprises.
How long will it take?
I’ll be able to give a more accurate timeline once I’ve completed a few commissions, I’ve not done this since my health changed so I’ll be updating this question as I go!
